After 2 years, the works on the largest bussines building in Belgrade - were successfully completed.
The project is located in a developing area of New Belgrade where commercial buildings are newly being constructed. The commercial building designed by the project has 2 basement floors, 1 ground floor, and 9 upper floors. The total construction area of the project is 56.000,00 m² and the entire construction process proceeds by applying the standards of The Green Building (LEED) certificate. Besides being highly innovative and sustainable, the building also meets the highest standards in terms of technology.
It is one of the largest VRV projects in Europe, which includes 180 outdoor units, 1020 indoor units and 4 air chambers. Our company is in charge of the complete air conditioning and ventilation system, including the sanitary hot water system, electric underfloor heating, garage ventilation and fumigation and the technical cooling system.
As before, we remained loyal to Daikin, which delivered all the equipment for this project.
